A Bad Day

The first thing i did when i woke up was to look at the clock , OMG half an hour to 11am. I am supposd to go to the management office around that time to look for the certain someone to take me to the store room to get back my things taken away by the hostel management during spring cleaning

The lady at the management told me one week ago, come on saturday to get your things as the cleaner who has the key to the store room would be around. And so when I reached there, DAMN the office door was locked. I reached there at 11 am sharp. The staff promised to come back at 11.10 am as stated on a notice. I decided to wait then since i had longed for this day to retrieve my super expensive sport shoes worth RM220 i bought 2 years ago.

The staff wasnt punctual. He came at 11.20am and he was busy talking to a plumber. I went into the office along with him and decided to start talking after he settled with the plumber. And he suddenly turned to me WHY SO LATE? Before this i was already on fire as i came to the office 2 weeks ago and met this miss Carol who asked me to see Miss Helen one week later and Miss Helen was the one asked me to come on this very day.

I raised my voice a bit '' I am late? Miss Helen told me to come at 11am bla bla bla'' Then that guy said I am not saying you are late i am asking you why you dont want to say the what you want immediately? WTH that guy trying to give me some excuses? Never mind and i just nodded. He went to call that Ms Helen to make sure she really did have an appointment with me. Later Ms Helen appeared in the office and told me to wait while she contacted the cleaner. i waited and waited and i in fact starting to feel impatient. I feel like saying out my frustration with how the hostel management do things.

Then Ms Helen went off after contacting the cleaner. The cleaner arrived around 1145 and we went up to the girl's block where the store room is located. I went there guess what i saw a huge pile of rubbish those things they took away during spring cleaning. I supposed to meet up with my friends for lunch at 12 i told the kakak i go back make a call and come back later the kakak said ok. Then i went off and came back i went into the lift. Sighs this is unlucky i actually wasnt supposed to enter the girl's block lift but somehow i was deperate and entered the lift and as expected the securities stopped the lift and asked me why i explained to them but the security insisted that i couldnt enter like that it's against the rules. She straight away went to the management office and told the guy about it. The guy told me i cant enter like that and things i some how got annoyed and said the hostel management should improve on the way they do things and stopped making people wait. I thought it would be a quick business and would be settled very fast how would i know it would be such a delay.

But somehow he took me up to the store room to meet the kakak. Along the way i complained about their inefficiency and said supposed to meet at 11am but you were late. The guy of course started to defend himself by saying i dont have a business with you it's Ms Helen having business with you. It's not like i could take action on Ms Helen. Haiz after all Ms. Helen is representing the staff of the management you dumbass. He gave me his card when he listened to me complaining and asked me if you got any frustrations just email me i will look at the matter. I was so angry that I started to blurt out it's not like you would do anything or even read it. He said if that is your opinion i cant do anything lor.

I was staring at the pile of rubbish which i didnt even know where to start finding. I just gave up anyhow. That guy said thriumpantly ok ar you giving up then. Signed this document and write there i gave up finding my things. I complied silently. I burst out again of course i cant find la so many things in there and said a few more things i couldnt really remember. That guy just said this place is no more suitable for you to stay. You better go other places. This is a hostel not a hotel. This hostel is too childish for you . YOU are very mature. Ok. Does he have to say all this things to make one feel better? People cant get back their things after a long wait to go to the store room to look for my things. I starting to be impolite i said ya ya and scream at him RUDE!!.. and stormed back to my block.

Subsequent events after exam

It had been a difficult two weeks period for me.. reli studied like hell...Apparently the time available wasnt sufficient enough for me to obtain good marks...however i think passing all the papers should not be a problem except for T6 which i seriously screwed up..T8 is also a dangerous sub as i failed twice during internal exams, plus i lost fairly easy marks just because i didnt read the question properly....I dun care whether it's a marginal pass or high marks pass...i just wanna clear every papers and proceed...#always keeping my fingers crossed#


I think tat's roughly about my exams...I really wasnt into my usual mood during exam period..Anyways right after exam, I went to my friend's apartment ILLEGALLY..and i regretted it...By right i should leave my student ID prior to gaining access to the apartment..Then i stayed in their study room with Daniel..

And this unexpected incident happened, the security guard came into the study room and asked for our hostel ID, I quickly rush into the toilet and called Daniel to inform me after the guard left.....

It was really one of those anxious moments in my life....The guard asked Daniel''Itu kawan kamu yang ke tandas tu'' His replied was ''Bukan saya tak kenal dia" Thank God he reacts very quickly..The guard went into the toilet momentarily but i locked the door....My heart was seriously throbbing ...

Then when the coast is clear, I came out...Ya i was initially relieved that the guard went out of the study room...But still i felt uneasy..some kind of bad intuition....then i suggested to Dan that we go to his room which is safer....I was looking around me for any sight of the guard standing outside....NO ONE...so me and dan headed to his room....AND DAMN the guard suddenly showed up behind of me.....It was damn appalling...''U ikut saya" the guard beckoned me to come over....Reluctantly, i complied with his request...and followed him...Then he taunted at me '' Kenapa u lari ke tandas lepas saya panggil u"...."saya benar-benar nak ke tandas".....Obviously that was a lie but i got no choice i cant say that i wanna avoid you right?

Luckily i wasnt blacklisted or anything...He just say ''you tolong pergi dari sini"....ya and i just walked off without a word..

Initially i plan to go back to my condo but it RAINED!!! i was trapped at foyer with nothing else to do....At first wanna go to the com lab to use the computer but it was closed...then resorted to the library and once again IT WAS CLOSED.....arghh....In the end i slept the bench outside the library....waiting for the rain to stop.....

Then i was startled by a voice '' xian sheng '' I looked up...It was LAWRENCE....i was like what the heck why arent you back home coz his mum was supposed to fetch him home by now but somehow it appeared that there was a heavy jam..so ....thank goodness i found someone there to talk to if not i will be DEAD BORED....

And the rain stopped my friends and I headed to pyramid...we watched one silly cartoon movie...i forgot the title but it's about a girl kissing a frog which causes her to turn into a frog....I dun reli like the musical part of the movie...it reli drived me to drift off.....Fortunately i didnt miss the ending...It's just a normal happy ending story..certainly not worth the 12 bucks at all...

Ya basically that's how my day ended yesterday..

A New Room Mate?

There was this whole week where I didnt see Andy (my former room mate). He was still my roomy at that time. I thought he might be at his friend's place. So i wasnt really surprise at first.

Ironically, I relished and treasured every single one of those moments of his absence as i could have complete privacy to myself in the room. XD After a week of absence he finally came back one fine morning( i forgot the date). We didnt greet each other as usual. Not being unfriendly la. The two of us barely communicates and greet each the last few months. So was kinda used to it dy. That is why the my room was very quiet despite both of us staying together. Earlier months were still okay. Plus we got really nothing in common other than supporting the same football team MU.

Then i didnt bother much that morning. I just went to class as usual. That afternoon, i came back to my room after dismissal. AND to my horror or rather it was to my surprise his bed was empty as if no one has ever slept there before. His study table, cupboard everything was empty. Every possession of his were gone. I immediately jumped into conclusion that he had either moved out or went back for sem break. Without hesitation, i sms-ed him to unravel my curiosity.




This was his reply '' I moved out and I am having holidays now"..I was dumbstruck. What the heck? I didnt even know that he was shifting to another unit as his room mate you know. If people know about this they would laugh at me. It was like no communication at all. You should have told me man then i can say a proper goodbye to you.



Looking at a different angle, i feel ecstatic man!!!!!!!!I OWNED the room now, the entire room since i thought my new room mate would most probably move in next year.


But my hopes and excitement was dampened by.....here the story goes, 2 days later, when i opened the door to my room, to my horror again, i saw books and clothes at my former roomy's place. I was like confused and shocked. Has someone just moved in? I asked myself. The answer was very obvious and it just lied in front of my eyes. (as u can see in the above pic)



I immediately called my mum and told her about it. I was hoping that my new room mate isnt a negro, a malay or indian or any international student. Not being racist here. It is due to our difference in lifestyle. My friend's indian room mate brought her BF to sleep over you know. It was damn disgusting. I prayed hard that he is a chinese who is quiet and neat.That is my ideal room mate haha. Err well it has been almost 2 weeks now. But i still have not seen him so far. Maybe he's having his holidays. Cant wait to meet him when he comes back. Of course la i do miss Andy but we may still see each other once a while since we will still be staying in the same condo. When can I say hi to you ar new room mate? But judging from his clothes he is rather big in size. I AM DOOMED

Goodbye dear...

This is reli a last minute decision. I am going back to Melaka tomorrow. Why now? You may be wondering.. at this crucial moment, I should be studying for the upcoming exams and shouldnt have the time to travel back home. ^^Yea i cant deny that...

BUT

You know what? I have decided to bring my laptop back to my hometown to let it rest there.My lappy has been working very hard for me. She really deserves some rest. I have already made up my mind.It is no doubt a constant distraction to have a laptop in my room. You will be tempted to touch it no matter what. Ya i did study but i realize it is still underschedule with her around, she only hinder my progress in my studies. With just 6 more days to Judgement Day, well, i realise it is time to do some serious study. =D

Good decision right? haha. I am so going to miss it. My laptop is akin to my wife. I wonder what would life be without her around. She comforts me whenever i am down. She entertains me whenever i am bored. She is virtually irreplaceable. But one thing for sure i wouldnt regret making such a vital decision.

I have been having halluciantions about what life would be if i fail. My friends often say i think too much. But it may be true if dont do anything now. Well it's a decision to rescue my future. ^^ It is always not too late to act now. (reassuring my self).)^^

The End

Time to bid CAT farewell as we ended our last class of the year today.

Yuet and her gang bought two delicious chocolate cakes to celebrate our last class with Mr. Simon, our taxation lecturer.I went to switch off the lights as the celebration begins.

Our ''sucker'' lecturer was very excited but he pretended to ignore Yuet and Carmen who were holding the cakes. You know what he was distributing the answers for the EDC pack with his ''lanxi'' pattern. =.="

He damn shy as he didnt wanna blow the candles in the first place till the we cajoled him to do so. haha. my friends and I were playing cards while the rest of our classmates were taking their share of cake. I was absorbed in the game so i called my friend to take a piece for me haha. It was really nice as the cake melted in my mouth as i chew.

Then he continue teaching for a while and lecturer us for a while then motivated us for a while. You know how he motivated us to score for our finals.. he promised to treat those who can get 90 and above in the finals. That's a rather impossible target to achieve for me haha but i will still try my best.

Then he dismissed us at 130pm. By right our class should end at 3.00pm. This is very early rite( i personally think this decision was made due to the effect of the cakes)...^^ He wanted to take group picture with us before dismissing us. Ya 3 group pics were taken. The informal pic was super cool as my friends and I pushed Mr. Simon's head!! The first prank i actually played on lecturer.

Later some of our classmates who already called their parents rushed back home. But there were still quite a number of classmates camwhoring in class. You can really see all sort of poses like hugging, kissing, crank pose, all those unimaginable ones. Of course there were loads of funny poses which really make you LOL.

Some of our classmates will not be in the same class as us. Like Melissa Chew whom I argued a lot with ever since i know her. We really hardly have a proper chat you know especially when she partnered with her bestie Kar Ying. It's like if u ever disturb them , they will shoot you to the max till you are DEAD!! But still i will miss Melissa's presence but the memories of arguing with her will still haunt me. Btw i jz knew that she would join another intake next year so different group lo.

Then Leanne aka ''Granny'' is also leaving. She damn money minded lor(u shud see her expression when she talks abt money) as she decided to take another accounting course ICAEW which has a better return. Will definitely miss her. We gave her a card which i spent 1 hour plus to buy it (got story behind but lazy to type here)

In the afternoon, I followed Jian Yuan's car to patronize monash university. Our conclusion: Sunway sux in terms of facilities and environment). We're supposed to look for our exam hall but we just couldnt gain access at the moment. So we went to the library and chatted there. All sort of random topics but really had fun talking to them haha.

That marks my last day in CAT. Hopefully i do not have to repeat CAT. Well to all my classmates if i ever hurt or annoy u in any ways that you guys are not happy with., I would like to sincerely apologize^^. I am not a serious person ok so dun take wat i say seriously at times. Thx.

Time Flies...

Time flies.....really.... i was told by some friends that a few courses had already ended.. means those students are already on holiday except for ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Time flies...exams drawing near....i realize that my last minute personality is already integrated inside me.....though i attempted to alter that.....Exams within a matter of few weeks time.....but still i choose to post something on the peak period of my study life in sunway......@@

Time flies.....this semester is going to end soon....real soon....only 3 more lessons prior to completing my CAT.....after that i will enter a new phase of my life provided my pass all my papers (which i fervently praying hard as each day passes even my fingers are crossed now as i am typing this....

Time flies...some of my classmates will be leaving after CAT.....they are taking ICAEW, tougher than ACCA....damn i dun get what they are thinking....it's like they want a harder life....but if they are determined...they can start working after completing a year of studies.....and the most shocking thing is the part where they will receive a salary up to 7k..i dunno whether they will receive that amount once they start work or later i am not sure coz i jz roughly heard about it.....but the bad part is the course takes 5 years to complete....though they will start working in the second year, they still have to do part time study....

I will miss some of them....but i will miss CAT more.....i can still take CAT next sem if i dun wan to study now....be classmates with my junior.....sounds cool rite....I DUN WISH TO EXPERIENCE THAT...NOT A BIT,, ok enough of nonsense....better end my post now
